Custom Font Paragrapher for Gimp 2.10 Initial Release

Following up on Pat's problems I suddenly realised that I had left in a debugging device that crashed the filter when running with a piece of text with over 500 characters. I haven't heard from her if she was able, or not, to use it with shorter texts.

That was an easy fix - if it solved the Gimp 2.10.18 issue. I was about to upload the fix with an extra option for using existing paths as a line guide when I noticed a different bug. Hey ho! Anyway here is a screen shot of the feature while I go bug-hunting!!!

The original path is visible as the red line near the top of the image.
